WHAT IS NEUROPRIMING
With the Halo Sport app, users can access three different Neuropriming sessions: Legs, Core, &amp; Arms; Hand &amp; Fingers - Right Emphasis; and Hand &amp; Fingers - Left Emphasis. Each session utilizes Halo Sport's foam Primers to electrically stimulate specific areas of the motor cortex, inducing a temporary state of hyperplasticity. This hyperplastic brain state, when paired with training reps focused on the user's goal, enhances precision, coordination, and explosive movements. HOW TO USE HALO SPORT
To maximize results, it is recommended to use Halo Sport during a 20-minute warm-up before engaging in focused, movement-based training. Simply dampen the Primers with water, wear the Halo Sport headset like any standard pair of headphones, and activate a 20-minute Neuropriming session through the Halo Sport app. Once the session concludes, you can remove the headset (or leave it on to listen to music) and proceed with your training. Your brain will remain in a hyperplastic state for 60 minutes, allowing you to perform high-quality and high-intensity reps during this time.
